Our meticulous process begins with clearing and grubbing, where we methodically remove vegetation and debris, ensuring a clean canvas for construction. Utilizing specialized equipment, we efficiently haul away materials, including 40 cubic yard roll-off containers, leaving the site primed for revitalization.
With a focus on environmental stewardship, we tackle buried asphalt and unsuitable subgrade materials with precision, excavating to depths of 4 feet and responsibly hauling away debris in dump trucks, totaling 50 loads.
Next, we meticulously prepare the building pad, implementing pre-compaction techniques to ensure stability. Through the importation of 100 loads of A-3 select fill, we achieve the ideal foundation, meticulously spreading and compacting to achieve the finished floor subgrade, readying the site for footers and subsequent construction phases.
