General Conditions
Mobilization and Demobilization:

Erosion and Sediment Control
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP):
- Implementation of measures outlined in the SWPPP to prevent sediment runoff and minimize water pollution during construction.
- Installation and maintenance of erosion control devices such as silt fences and tree root protection zones.
Site Clearing and Demolition
Tree Removal and Vegetation Clearing:
- Removal of various types of trees and vegetation as per project requirements.
- Clearing and grubbing of grass and vegetation to prepare the site for construction activities.
- Installation of protective mulch blankets to prevent soil erosion.
Grading and Excavating
Retention Pond Excavation:
- Excavation of retention pond as per project specifications, including removal of excess soil and debris.
- Import and placement of clean fill material to achieve desired grades and contours.
Root Cover and Topsoil Redistribution
Dirt Fill Over Roots and Topsoil Management:
- Application of dirt fill over tree roots to protect them during construction activities.
- Redistribution of topsoil from excavation areas to designated areas on-site.
Grading and Excavating
Retention Pond Excavation:
- Precise excavation of the retention pond according to project specifications.
- Removal of excess soil and debris from the site to achieve desired grades and contours.
- Importation of clean fill material to backfill and stabilize the excavated area.
- Methodical placement, spreading, and compaction of clean fill to ensure proper drainage and erosion control.
Root Cover and Topsoil Redistribution Area
Root Protection and Topsoil Management:
Application of suitable fill material over tree roots to protect them during construction activities.
Utilization of stripping’s from the retention pond excavation and clear and grub operations for this purpose.
Careful redistribution of topsoil from excavation areas to designated areas on-site to promote healthy vegetation growth.
Sanitary Sewer System
S.S Lift Station Installation:
- Installation of a sanitary sewer lift station as per project requirements.
- Coordination with electrical contractors for the provision of power to the control panel.
- Installation of reverse tap saddle valves and concrete collars for secure connections.
- All services brought within 5 feet of the building, with final connections to be made by others.
Water System (Fire Main)
Fire Main Installation:
- Installation of fire main components including reverse taps, saddles, and valves.
- Utilization of directional drilling techniques and transition couplings for efficient installation.
- Assembly and installation of fire hydrant assemblies in accordance with regulatory standards.
Water System (Water Service)
Water Service Installation:
- Installation of water service components, including reduced pressure backflow preventers.
- All services brought within 5 feet of the building, with final connections to be made by others.
Storm Drainage System
Storm Drainage Installation:
- Implementation of storm drainage system as per project plans and specifications.
- Utilization of polypropylene (PP) pipes sized according to design requirements.
- Installation of all necessary boxes and storm drains, with connections made to the retention pond.
Parking, Curb, and Sidewalk
Surface Construction:
- Construction of a stabilized grass drive, asphalt area, and concrete sidewalk as outlined in project plans.
- Establishment of a gravel parking area to accommodate vehicular traffic.
- Application of pavement markings, including ADA parking symbols and crosswalks, for traffic management and pedestrian safety.
- Installation of parking signage, stop signs, accessible parking signs, and detectable warning strips.
- Placement of wheel stops and pavement markings, including "do not enter" signs, to regulate traffic flow and enhance safety.
